Dinadiawan Beach, Dipaculao, Aurora

Dinadiawan Beach, Dipaculao, Aurora

Last February 26th, I posted this photo without telling where it was. If you’re still guessing, the place is in Dinadiawan, in Dipaculao. This is an overnight picnic of sorts by the hardworking peeps from the Provincial Tourism Office to take a break from months of torture they suffered during the Aurora Day celebrations and also as a birthday bash of the office overlord chief who is now having a different kind of picnic somewhere on the other side of the globe. The four hour trip to Dinadiawan is another form of torture in itself, but it’s all worth it.

There’s the place as seen from Google Earth.

SharenI uploaded the pictures last May 8 and procrastinated on posting about it on this blog until today. Much has happened in those 16 days. The election reshuffled some government posts in the Province, and one friend who was with us during the Dinadiawan trip suddenly passed away last May 17 – Sharen Jamora. She was a staff at the tourism office and I had a chance to work with her during the preparation for the Aurora Day celebrations. She was also a fellow tour guide and a co-alumnus at ANSHS. She will be greatly missed.

  11. I was there last May 15-16 2010, the place is really nice for vacation. pero kung punta ka dun ng two days lang, kulang so i suggest na habaan u nlang 4 u t see the real beaty of Dinadiawan. bsta ingt nlang kyo s pag drive.

  12. we went there last week. the place is so nice. very relaxing talaga. actually, nagpunta ako dun na may problema. kala ko di ako mageenjoy. pero nung nandun na ako, nawala lahat ng iniicip ko at sobrang nagenjoy ako.. sana maayos pa ng konti yung daan para all types of vehicle eh kakayanion ang biyahe because i’m sure na lahat ng nakakarinig sa dinadiawan were very eager to see the place.

  13. dINADIAWAN, DIPACULAO, AURORA is a nice place. That is where we have our scuba diving. The white sand along the beach bank extends few kilometers away that is why i love diving in the place. While the water is clear, the corals and other marine resources are quite poor brought about maybe by illegal fishing methods. It would take sometime before it goes back to its old beauty. Something must be done, protection must be instilled. Overall, the place is a paradize. This summer we will start offering scuba diving lessons with Dinadiawan Beach Resort because according to its operations manager, our proposal was approved by its board. See you this summer!

  16. it’s a hidden paradise..i’ve benn there too…ang ganda ng place!but it’s true..nakakatakot ang daan..pro ok lang kc super ganda talaga ng dinadiawan beach!

  17. Dinadiawan Beach is a nice place for the week end. I am a scuba diver that is why i can recommend the place, its a paradize. Just don’t go there during the months of October to December if pass thru Nagtipunan, Quirino because the road situtation may not be stable but the rest of the year, its good. Bring your family and friends, there are nice dive spots in that part of the Pacific Ocean.

  18. I ran through the comments but I can’t see any prices posted. Is there anybody here who knows how much to spend in 3 days 2 nights stay for 2 to 4 persons in an air conditioned room? I suggest to post prices to their website and their menu as well.

    To the Administrator,

Kindly e-mail me my suggestions if possible.

    Thanks and more power!
